This dress looks good with black leggings. I am 5'4", usually wear size 18 and I ordered an XL. It is good length, near my knees and is not tight anywhere. It's nice and flowy.

This is a very nice looking casual dress. I am 5'1 and weigh 134lbs. I purchased a medium size which fit perfectly. This dress is comfortable, hangs very nicely on my body frame. Also since I am short in height the length of this dress fell a little below the knees.
