The two side slits are great and make it easy to move around in it. For reference I'm 5'2" 118lbs and the XS fit perfect.

I LOVE this dress! I wore it to a friends wedding and it was so comfy! It never slipped lower or looked awkward. I wore it with ankle boots, a brown leather jacket, and used a silicon pasty in place of a bra. I think I need one in every color.
